I HATE my slow computer!!!

Hey. So I DO need to install Java in order to go on the free chat thing, but it will slow my computer down even more and
my computer already exits out on your like, every eleven minets, and I don't want to make it worse.
Do you think I should Question

just needs a good cleanout in your computers startup files to stop programs you don't need from running

Key pointers to keeping your system clean.....

1. Go to tools- internet options - delete files - clear history - delete cookies

2. In your start menu click run... type in msconfig... click on the startup..... Untick the boxes you know you don't need to start straight away when you start your computer up ( caution you must be 100% familiar with whatever box you don't want to start up. unticking the wrong one can prevent windows from running)

3. Go to start - accessories - disk cleanup tick all boxes there and click ok

4. Disk Defragment

5. Google for spybot search and destroy......... install it......... run it

6. Take it to a technician for full system clean up.
