How to react to a dog thats gonna attack you:
If a K9 is gonna try and bite you, here is some tips on what to do. First, when the dog sees you, do not make eye contact. Next if the dog comes to attack, It may try to jump on you. Do not let the dog see you, and turn around so it only sees your back. And if the worst happenes, and the dog attacks, niel on the floor and cover your neck with your arms, and stay there undil the dog is gone.

(Lol, I know how to take care of a dog and a bird, but I don't have neither of them! )

lol that's all wrong as with dogs that's what makes them think they can attack you

the very best method i find and is......
1. stare the dog down this shows dominance over the dog
2. if the dog does attack you then stand your ground and get the dog to bite only
your left arm ( if your left handed then use your right arm )
as this will leave the dog open for you to pin it onto the floor by it's neck and hold
it there firmly
3. if it's a pack of dogs the first one to aproch you is the alpha you take on this dog
in the way i said above the rest will be submissive and will not attack you
4. if a dog does bite and holds onto you then make the dog retch ( feel sick )
there is many ways to do that
5. depending on your confidence fight back at their level ( i do and i always win! )

but most of all never attack a dog let it go for you and after the attack call police
or the animal control unit to deal with the dog
a savige attack by a dog can be frightening i know but keep cool and you'll win
and remember if you've been attacked then hold onto the dog as you'll prevent
the dog from hurting anyone else

Hmm... I see how you think of those methods will work, but I don't mean to offend you opinion or annything, but for the first tip, If you try to ovid eye contact, it won't get as startled as it will if you glare at it. If you glare at it, then the dog will get nervus and try to defend itself wich may make it fight harder. If you don't stare the dog down, then it wont get as stressed so there will be a smaller chance that the dog will attack. And my tips is if your a type of person who don't like to hurt animals, but other than that, I think your tips will do fine for fierce people!

a dog shows dominance is to stare down their opponant or make
them look away
a dog will only fight if it feels threatened or has no other choice
or even to protect his/her area
i would respond to an attacking dog in the same way

hmm... i see what you mean, but if someone would stare at you, it may make you more startled. Say you were out... some were. annywere. And all of a sudden, a random man would come and stare at you. You may not care, but its most likely you will. A house dog (I don't mean a wild dog if thats what you ment) thats about to attack, it will most likely run up and start barking at you. Its true that there will be a point that you will have to hurt an animal, but I try to make that chance lower. Stare down at a dog, and the dog will most likely get stressed. Thats what I'm trying to avoid. The stress will most likely (wow I say most likely alot in this paragraph) fight harder. Your tipsare perfectly fine though.

and i would only react to them if i need to

a dog hates to be ignored and will do anything to be included
and if the dog starts looking at you growling then yes stare them down
a dog prefers to avoid a fight but will if there is no other way
to stare them down will stress them enough to give in and submit to you
unless the dog thinks he'she is the alpha and will fight to protect it's ranking
position in the pack (family) and so if it's your dog that feels it's rank is higher
than yours then you must make him/her know it's place and be submisive to you
or the dog will be dominating over you and make your life a right nightmare

java shouldn't be that hard to install
popup blockes normally prevent java from installing

depending on the settings holding down ctrl and alt just before clicking is the way

I was bit by a dog when i was about 4 yrs old, i went to pet his ear and i didn't know the dog had a bad ear, and he bit me on my throat. i have a tiny scar to this day on my neck.....ouch

Ohh... ouch. sorry to hear that. My grandadda got bitten with a wolf that had rabies. We were out camping and he got lost.
