any advice on how to make past car accident i had...stop as dreams!

i am so nerve racked......now when i go 2 sleep....but eh..will just have 2!


wish i was never in that car accident....blah!


but i don't know what triggers the dreams any who...

one thing that helped me after all that crap I went through that I was told to do by a counsellor... now I know this is lame...... but it works.... with the flashbacks you are getting when you get once next... treat them like its a dvd movie.... you can pause... you can rewind you can fast forward, skip stop. As soon as it starts to play in your head test the pause button. Then test the stop button and the picture will go blank.

How it works: Keeping in mind that the human brain is just like a great blob... Your not fooling yourself you are watching a dvd your are in affect switching off killing that flashback.

Flashbacks may occur again years later... mine still do occassionally....... always keep in mind it can be stopped anytime by pressing the right button
