Chicken N Dumplins
2 ˝ cups water
1 large chicken breast half
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 cup frozen mixed veggies
˝ tsp pepper
Dumplins
2 cups Bisquik
2/3 cup milk
Boil chicken breast with skin and bones in 2 ˝ cups water for 40 - 50 mins till done. Save Broth from chicken.
Remove skin and bones and cut into bite size pieces.
In a medium size baking dish, combine chicken broth, soup, onion soup mix, and pepper. Mix well.
Add Chicken and veggies. Set aside.
Mix Bisquik and milk until dough forms.
Roll out dough to big enough to completely cover chicken soup in baking dish. Gently cover soup with dough.
Bake at 350 deg for 25 - 30 mins until dough is cooked through. Let rest 5 mins then serve.
